Lucasey/Getter Creative Management’s mission is to develop recording and performance artists’ careers by negotiating equitable relationships with record labels, streaming, production and publishing companies. Our focus is on creating a sustainable vocation for every artist we work with, offering upfront investment, development and visibility for new artists, avoiding the lopsided deals so prevalent in today’s environment.
We believe every artist should have a career plan, good budgeting skills and a strong negotiation team behind them. We work for new and seasoned artists alike in addition to tour planning and production facility management.
We not only develop artists but perform as their fiduciary business managers as well. We assist clients in keeping their personal finances organized and offer investment and money management guidance to insure financial longevity in an industry fraught with volatility.
